MORE ABOUT LEVEL UP

Why I created Level Up.

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked with students, early-career professionals, and organizations at the intersection of education, recruiting, and career development.

Through the years, I have seen talented people struggle to find their path forward and explain what they have to offer. They complete hundreds of applications with no results, have résumés that read like job descriptions, participate in interviews with incomplete answers, and have limited understanding of what employers are looking for.

They do not lack experience or ability. They lack focus and the ability recognize their value and communicate it clearly.

That gap can affect everything: the roles someone considers, how they network, how they interview, and how confidently they make career decisions.

I created Level Up to provide individualized coaching that helps people make sense of their experiences, understand the unique value they bring to employers, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

People often have far more to offer than they know how to communicate.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

What I believe about career development.

Clarity comes before confidence.

When people understand what they bring, what matters to them, and where they may fit, confidence becomes much easier to build.

Career development is a skill.

Learning how to reflect, communicate your value, build relationships, make decisions, and navigate opportunities is useful far beyond one job search.

You don’t need someone to give you the answers.

You need thoughtful questions, useful tools, and enough support to learn how to find your own.

My role is the help you understand your value, find your professional voice, and move forward with purpose.
